The Problem

Users looking to buy or rent were faced with overwhelming lists, weak filtering and no fair comparison. Time went to irrelevant properties, frustration and drop-offs followed.

// 02

The Listing Experience

A dedicated filter system (price, location, property type, bedrooms), keyword search, grid ↔ list toggle, pagination, and clear property cards that surface title, price, image and features at a glance.

// 03

Design System

Reusable property card components on top of a scalable system, typography (Outfit), color, icons and layout tokens, so the product can grow without the visuals drifting.
