We started with customer and user interviews to learn what people were struggling with in daily document workflows, from lost signatures to broken PDF forms, and used that to scope an MVP focused on the highest-frequency pain.
Deep-dive into competitor apps, mobile scanning stacks and e-signature standards. Defined the minimum bar for legal defensibility, then designed the UX to exceed it invisibly.
A clean, focused interface that turns a phone camera into a document studio, scan, edit, sign, share. Every screen was pressure-tested with real documents before it shipped.
