What's Deleted helps users recover deleted messages, images, videos, voice notes and documents by scanning device notifications. It also saves WhatsApp statuses and generates QR codes for Wi-Fi, contacts and locations. As a full-cycle project we owned everything from business analysis to launch.

Explored notification-access approaches across Android OS versions, evaluated public APIs, benchmarked competitors and mapped user pain around losing messages before they could be read.

Calm, clean layouts with vibrant iconography and a make-sense information architecture. Built by our Android team on Kotlin, Firebase and modern Android tooling, adaptive, easy to deploy, easy to extend.
